Twisted Spur is an unconstrained blend composed of the standout varieties in any given vintage. In 2021 we harvested Syrah, Petit Verdot. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc to make the blend. We aged the wine in hand-selected French oak barrels for 27 months before bottling. This is a powerful and opulent wine with juicy dark fruit notes, hints of sage and black tea and robust texture and tannin.
